My corporate event photography rate is $375 per hour, with a two-hour minimum for all bookings.

I specialize in capturing professional, high-quality images that highlight your company’s brand, culture, and people. My approach blends candid, documentary-style coverage with professional portraits and group shots, ensuring a comprehensive collection of images that tell the story of your event. I also focus on detail shots that reflect the energy, atmosphere, and professionalism of your gathering.

Using professional lighting equipment, I deliver clean, polished results suitable for press releases, websites, marketing materials, and social media. All images are professionally edited, with additional retouching for portraits to ensure everyone looks their best.

Final images are delivered in high-resolution via a private online gallery, making it easy for your team to view, download, and share.

Please note: my rate is fixed and non-negotiable. A deposit is typically not required unless the event is scheduled more than two months in advance. Full payment is due on the day of the event (unless using other invoicing procedures), and I accept payment via check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Travel beyond 25 miles: $0.80/mile
